"ByteMD is a Markdown editor component built with Svelte. It compiles to vanilla JS without importing any UI framework runtime bundle, which makes it lightweight and adaptable.
ByteMD has a plugin system that makes it easy to extend the basic Markdown syntax and add additional features such as code syntax highlighting, math equations or flowcharts. You can also write your own plugins for more functionalities.
It could also be used in an SSR environment without extra configuration."
