As a Technical Support Developer at Nordhealth and EasyPractice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for our customers by resolving complex technical issues escalated from the 1st line support team. Your main responsibility will be to handle tickets, troubleshoot issues, and maintain our system, which primarily involves working with Laravel and Vue.js.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys a mix of technical challenges, and has a customer-first mindset.
