What You Will Do

• Design and build scalable solutions within our PHP/Laravel and React stack
• Evaluate technical trade-offs between ideal architecture and business timelines—then make the call
• Establish patterns that junior and mid-level developers can follow and learn from
• Reduce technical debt systematically while delivering new capabilities
• Transform requirements into architecture before they become code

What You Bring

We're looking for a Senior Developer who thinks in systems, not just code. Someone who sees the architecture behind the features and understands that today's technical decisions shape tomorrow's possibilities.

• Minimum of 5 years development experience (Preferably 7+ years' experience)
• Expert level PHP and Laravel knowledge
• Strong React or Angular proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive technical direction
• Track record of mentoring through code reviews, documentation, or pairing

Our Technical Environment

• Backend: PHP 8+, Laravel
• Frontend: React (preferred), Angular experience welcome
• Approach: You'll have input on tooling and architectural decisions
